Cameron Henry
Cameron has brought with him over 15 years of extensive site based experience in both technical roles and also managing large portfolios at a senior level within rapid growth projects and large scale commissioning of projects.

With a trade background, and formal tertiary qualifications in Project Management & Mechanical Engineering, Cameron has broad experience from the project inception and design phases through to implementation construction management, commissioning and close-out.

As a Director of Primero Group, his versatility and extensive experience through all of the disciplines makes him an asset to any project team.


Dean Ercegovic

Dean has brought with him over 20 years of extensive site based experience setting up all EPC systems, dismantling of structural, mechanical and electrical components, and project managing and designing upgrades across Australia and neighboring countries.
During Dean’s time within engineering he has project managed and designed projects from the value of $10 million through to $65 million across Gas, Gold, Zinc, Lead and Iron Ore.

With such experience across varied commodities Dean has brought together a skill set quite unique in executing and delivering projects to major clients.


Brett Grosvenor
Brett as the newest addition to the Primero board has brought additional strength and capability into the group across a range of commodities with the most significant being power. Brett has previously held senior and key roles in major national and international power groups for both client and contractor sides such as Alstom, Lang O’Rourke, Sinclair Kight Mertz and Alinta Energy.

Brett’s diverse ability has also seen him work previously at board level capacity within an EPC company with minerals processing capabilities, which fits the Primero business delivery offering and strategy extremely well. Bringing Brett into the leadership group and strategy team within the business is another strong example of the environment and building blocks that Primero are creating within our industry.



Peter offers a high level understanding of engineering fundamentals. His extensive knowledge spans across structural analysis programs such as Space Gass, Microstran and Strand 7 including dynamic and non-linear analysis. As well as strong programming experience with Visual Basic for Application and Visual Studio to streamline engineering design and management.

Peter’s work philosophy is in ethical design to obtain an efficient, safe and economical structure. Skilled and reliable at learning new concepts quickly, Peter is equipped at communicating ideas clearly and effectively and working well under pressure to be able to deliver on projects.


BenBen has brought with him over 10 years of extensive engineering experience specialising in design, construction and commissioning of plants locally and internationally. Ben has managed the design deliverables for a variety of projects whilst leading teams within the mechanical arm.

During Ben’s time in the engineering field he has been an integral part of multidiscipline teams on a diverse range of process plants, managing design engineering works, providing on-site engineering support, and commissioning plant and processes prior to final handover. Ben’s experience base is in “turn-key” process plant projects with involvement from design to final commissioning providing a whole life exposure to project delivery.


Ryan McFarlane

Ryan is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years experience in the business services and taxation industry providing advice to a range of small to medium enterprises as well as listed companies. Ryan’s strengths include advising companies from a diverse range of industries on all aspects of their business including long and short term strategies, systems implementation, accounting, taxation and structuring matters.

As a graduate of the Institute of Companies Directors, Ryan uses these skills as a director and Chief Financial Officer of Primero Group and PGC Resources since incorporation.
