Primero’s Completions and Commissioning management team supports our ongoing projects but can also provide clients tailored services for standalone Completions and Commissioning planning, support and execution.

Checkmate

Primero has developed its own Completions and Commissioning Management System called Checkmate. Checkmate enables Primero to effectively plan and execute the Construction, Completions, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Handover stages of a project.

Checkmate allows users and clients to complete and manage all ITRs, Punchlists, Completion Certificates and NOEs electronically, eliminating the requirement for hard copy paperwork. The real-time data provided by Checkmate also provides effective and up-to-date reporting that can be linked directly to project schedules, key priorities and milestones.
